Reduce Energy Bills for All Residents with Shared Solar Panels
If you live in a flat, you might assume solar isn’t an option. For years, this was mostly true: one roof, multiple residents, no fair way to share the energy generated. Sol-Share technology changes that. It allows multiple flats to be connected to one system, sharing the energy fairly between them.
We are a Sol-Share installer, working with residents’ associations, freeholders, house-builders and developers to bring solar to properties that were previously left out.
how we help
Who this is for
Bring the benefits of solar to leaseholders and reduce shared electricity costs on communal areas
Improve the EPC rating of the property, increase its long-term value, and offer tenants lower running costs
A practical solution for new-build flats and multi-property schemes
Bring lower energy costs to residents who might otherwise be priced out of the transition
Why this matters
Around one in seven UK households lives in a flat, and until recently, it was really hard for them to access solar. Sol-Share has changed that. For the property, it means a lower environmental footprint and improved EPC rating. For residents, it means a share in cheaper, cleaner electricity. And for developers, it can help reach new-build requirements.

What we install
Alongside the shared solar system, we can specify and install battery storage and EV charging as part of the same project. Maintenance is available for the ongoing life of the system.
